Source Verification Log — Consolidated

Status: Active. Updated as primary sources are confirmed.
This log consolidates every [CONFIRM] tag across the ten modules of the HiON Executive Curriculum. The goal: convert tacit knowledge (what Jim / Bill / Joe Lewis / Kevin Hein “know” or “what the brief paraphrases”) into documented knowledge (what specific primary source says, on what date, citing what page or clause).
When a verification is closed, mark the row verified and add the primary citation in the format the module can pull from.

Verification cadence
The recommended cadence:
- Round 1 (first 30 days post-publication): Bill works through M06 + M10 capital items; Kevin Hein works through M09 + cross-module FDD items; Jim works through M03 + Tesla items.
- Round 2 (30–60 days): Joe Lewis works through M07 + M08 operating windows; Will works through M02 + M10 market sources.
- Round 3 (60+ days): outstanding items, document the unresolved ones with a written note from the owner explaining what’s blocking primary-source confirmation.
A module reaches v1.0 only when its verification log shows no unverified status items in load-bearing claims. partially verified is acceptable for v1.0 when the underlying primary source exists but the curriculum’s cross-reference isn’t yet a direct citation. open items (where the source itself doesn’t exist) block v1.0 status.
